LOOK AFTER YOURSELF…

Getting enough sleep at night, eating healthy diet are part if the crucial coping mechanisms.

Exercises like walking,jogging or running will help to alleviate some depression symptoms.

 

SET CLEAR GOALS AND WRITE REMINDER NOTES…

One thing about depression is that it will make it outrageous for you to concentrate. You have to set clear goals for yourself and make sure you are down-to-earth about what you would be able to achieve and it should be done on daily basis.
